English professional footballer, Cole Jermaine Palmer on Saturday, made Premier League history as he scored four times in 20 first-half minutes, making Chelsea beat Brighton 4-2 to move up to third.
Gatekeepers News reports that at the beginning of the game, Georginio Rutter of Brighton scored a goal for the Seagulls due to errors in Chelsea defence.
Palmer however was quick to takeover and became the first Premier League player to score four times in just first half.
He swept home Nicolas Jackson’s pass to level before he coolly slotted in from the penalty spot.
The twenty-two year old footballwe completed his third Chelsea hat-trick in style with a free-kick that curled into the top corner.
Carlos Baleba pounced on another mistake from
Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez made another mistake and Carlos Baleba took the opportunity to reduce Brighton’s arrears.
Regardless of the Blues mistake, Palmer ended the game and made history the first 45 minutes when he blasted past Bart Verbruggen at his near post.
The second half ended scoreless.
