Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded 95.32% of results from Ondo State governorship election to its Result Viewing Portal.
Gatekeepers News reports that results from 3,749 out of the total 3,933 polling units where voters exercised their franchise were released online at 8:34 pm on Saturday.
Incumbent Governor of the state and candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Lucky Aiyedatiwa, and former deputy Governor and candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Agboola Ajayi are the main contenders of the election.
According to reports; the election was generally peaceful and voting ended in some parts of the state around 2:30 pm, making way for early sorting and counting of votes.
