Doris Ogah, lawyer and model from south-south region has won the 45th Miss Nigeria pageant.
Gatekeepers News reports that the event, which featured 20 semi-finalists, took place at the Royal Box Event Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, were unveiled on Tuesday.
Ogah competed against four other finalists, namely Ann Eneanya, Divine Nelson, Bukunmi Ogunsanya, and Diane Paul, to emerge the winner
The 44th Miss Nigeria, Shatu Garko, crowned Oga as the new title owner.
Reacting to her win after the event, Ogah said her participation in the pageant was an honour and thanked the organisers for turning her dream into reality.
“It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to be given the opportunity to serve as an example to inspire and empower countless women and girls around the world,” she wrote Instagram.
