EVC Splashes Millions Of Naira On Staff At Exclusive End Of The Year Award Ceremony

It was a night of glitz and celebration on Saturday as the Experience Vision Creations (EVC) held its highly anticipated End-of-Year Award Ceremony in Ilorin.

Gatekeepers News reports that the event took place at the exquisite G-Pinnacle Signature Hall, witnessed an outpouring of recognition and rewards as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Engr Fola Oyedeji, showered millions of naira worth of gifts on deserving staff members.

In his opening remarks, Oyedeji lauded the dedication and resilience of his team, describing them as the backbone of EVC’s continued success. “Despite the challenges of the business environment, our staff have shown exceptional commitment and innovation. Tonight, we celebrate you and your unwavering contributions to making EVC a household name,” he said to a round of applause.

The highlight of the evening was the announcement of winners across various categories. Angel Adeola, the company’s Human Resource Manager, stole the spotlight as she was gifted a brand-new car and an all-expenses-paid trip to Rwanda.

Her exceptional leadership and team-building efforts were hailed as pivotal to EVC’s remarkable year.

Ekundayo Olamide, the Outstanding Sales Performer, and Mahmud Babatunde, the Stand-Out Performer and Community Manager, also secured fully paid trips to Rwanda. Both were praised for their relentless drive in expanding the company’s client base and fostering community relationships.

Shiru Rofiat, the Customer Experience Team Lead, and Olumide Olubori, the Project Manager, each became proud landowners as they were awarded 300 sqm plots of land in EVC’s flagship Afonja Boulevard Estate. Their contributions to customer satisfaction and project execution were highlighted as exemplary.

Three staff members – Oluwaseun Akinola, Agbaje Surajudeen, and Dada Emmanuel Oluwadunsin – received cash gifts of ₦150,000 each. The CEO commended their consistency in achieving performance targets and maintaining the company’s standards.

Other Sales executives whose efforts were acknowledged was AbdulSalam AbdulAzeez and Mary Ajayi and they both walked away with brand-new laptops. The gifts were in recognition of their dedication as sales executives and their use of digital tools to boost EVC’s operations.

The atmosphere was electrifying as staff members celebrated their colleagues and expressed gratitude to the management. Speaking after the event, Angel Adeola described the recognition as a “humbling and inspiring moment.” She added, “EVC has not just been a workplace but a family, and this gesture encourages us to do more.”
