Federal Civil Service Commission has debunked information going around on social media that the commission is conducting a recruitment exercise.
Gatekeepers News reports that reports have been making the rounds on social media about a fresh recruitment opening by the commission.
FCSC in a statement issued on Thursday by Taiwo Hassan, its public relations officer (PRO), said the information did not emanate from the commission.
Describing the claims as “fictitious,” Hassan noted that there is no fresh recruitment at the commission.
He warned the public to be wary of imposters, adding that the commission would officially announce any recruitment exercise through its website or national dailies.
The statement reads, “The attention of the FCSC has been drawn to information making the rounds on various media platforms about advertised vacancies and recruitments in the commission.”
“The commission unequivocally declares that the information containing the commission’s website, and the name of the director (recruitment and appointment) did not emanate from the commission.”
“It is fictitious and should be disregarded.”
