Edo Governor, Monday Okpebholo has approved the appointment of Utobor Eugene as Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Mobilisation and Engagement.
Gatekeepers News reports that that the development was announced in a statement signed on Tuesday by Umar Musa Ikhilor, the Secretary to the State Government.
Utobor’s appointment, according to the statement, takes effect from November 19th, 2024.
Utobor hold a Diploma in Law from the Delta State University, Abraka and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Benson Idahosa University, Benin city, Edo State.
He was a Senior Assistant to the Edo State House of Assembly Speaker, former member, Edo State Produce Board and Edo State Rapid Response Agency respectively.
Utubor Eugene is a grassroots political mobiliser in Edo State.
