Program Overview:
Schneider Electric’s 2025 Graduate Trainee Program is a dynamic, onsite training experience designed to attract and develop exceptional fresh graduates passionate about launching their careers in the energy and automation sectors. Based in our Lagos, Nigeria office, this program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through rotations across different business lines, interaction with local and global teams, mentorship, and involvement in diverse projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM program (e.g., BSc, BEng, or BEng.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer & Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).
- Graduation Timeline: Graduated between September 2024 and December 2024 OR awaiting graduation in 2024.
- NYSC: Currently enrolled in an NYSC program or awaiting registration.
- Proof of Completion (for those awaiting graduation): Provide proof of academic coursework completion, supported by a letter from your institution’s administration confirming this and your expected graduation class.
- Academic Achievement: Minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Division (or evidence that this will be your final score).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Able to work in our Lagos, Nigeria office.
- Attributes: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
