Banker, Private (Kano)
Job Specifications:

Job Description:
To grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions, related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively promote a relationship-based offering through a primary point of contact, which meets the client expectations by providing personalized financial solutions in line with the client value proposition
- Restructures debt for efficiencies through debt consolidation, thereby bringing a customer’s asset base under one roof
- Adhere to sound account management principles for optimal credit portfolio management execution (i.e., reduced excesses, unauthorised overdrawn accounts and overdue reviews).
- Analyse client’s financial information and formulates solutions on how to respond to a client’s needs and requirements accordingly.
- Prepare and submit quality credit applications for evaluation and/or approval by Credit, where required or oversees the preparation of credit applications. Conducts credit reviews as and when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc in any Business or Commerce related field
Experience
- 5 -7 years experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen (i.e., proven sales track record in the Financial service industry.)

Job Description:
To grow and develop insurance premium in order to deliver profitable revenue streams to the Business and Group. The Job holder will prospect and manage Corporates, including Insurance Brokers as channels in business development. Providing tactical input into Unit strategy/ies that will enhance the Group’s vision to be the leading end to end financial solutions provider. This will include cross sell to customers of the Group, potential customers from outside the Group and developing new market frontiers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.sc in any discipline
- Professional qualification in insurance would be an added advantage
- Minimum of a 3-5 years’ experience in the Insurance industry
