Maintenance execution
- Executes preventive and plan corrective maintenance work according to plan
- Ensures Mean Time Before Failure(MTBF) is according to plan
- Participates in Root cause analysis for problem solving
- Ensure work order registration in CMMS (hours, materials, feedback text,etc.)
- Closes work order when work is finished
- Responsible for work in the field of measurement and control technology , process control and electronics
- Carryout needed improvements/modifications on can making machines
- Makes suggestions to optimize preventive maintenance plans
- Manages adjustments,Analyzes maintainability of adjustments,modifications and new constructions
- Gives input to updates of technical drawings, documentation,diagrams and settings
- Support operators in changing equipment settings when required (major change over)
- Administrative handling of maintenance activities in Maintenance Management System
- Supports and advises maintenance engineer on maintenance planning
- Initiates, coordinates and monitors smaller improvement projects (modifications)
- Participates as a departmental specialist in RCA meetings and, if necessary performs further analysis.
- Coaching colleagues in RCA (e.g. 5W) and work order registration after execution
- Decides on spare parts to keep on stock and define min/max parameters.
- Optimize spare parts inventory, cost vs availability as well as standardization of components in consultation with Reliability EngineerEnforcement of Safety, Quality, Health and Environment
- Applies and enforces all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental requirements and standards
- Implement relevant QSHE risk addressing maintenance
- Identifies unsafe and unhygienic situations and reports them to the supervisor
- Prepares work permit
- Perform LMRA before maintenance activities
- Applies LOTOTO procedure
- Maintain a 5S work areas, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and ensure Safe Work Practices
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bsc in Mechnaical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years experience as Engineer in similar role
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work in a team.
