Production Superintendent
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos| Nigeria.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Production Superintendent to supervise and optimize our production processes at our Ikeja factory.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, support in maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand requirements.
- Enforce quality control standards to maintain product excellence.
- Optimize manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor equipment performance and liaise with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND / BSc in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the foam or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control techniques espececially in the FMCG Sector.
