Goveror of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo has ordered the removal of Acting Provost of Edo State College of Education from office.
Gatekeepers News reports that Umar Musa Ikhilor, Secretary to the State Government (SSG) announced this in a statement on Thursday, 17 April.
Ikhilor noted that the most senior Academic Staff of the College has been directed to act as Provost pending the constitution of a Governing Council for the College.
He added that the foregoing directive takes effect immediately.
