Osimhen’s Goal Seals Galatasaray’s 25th Turkish League Title

Victor Osimhen played a pivotal role in Galatasaray’s 3-0 win against Kayserispor at RAMS Park on Sunday, helping the club secure their 25th Turkish Super Lig title.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Nigerian striker opened the scoring in the 26th minute, nodding in a well-placed header from Gabriel Sera’s cross. Just three minutes later, Baris Yilmaz added a second goal.

In a touching farewell gesture, longtime captain and goalkeeper Fernando Muslera, who is set to depart the club after 14 years, was allowed to take a penalty in the final minute of regular time, which he made the third win.

With this, Galatasaray is now at 89 points, eight points clear of second-placed Fenerbahce, managed by Jose Mourinho.
