Production Engineer
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos| Nigeria.
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety.
- Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance output and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and R&D teams to ensure seamless operations and address technical issues.
- Prepare production reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and preventive maintenance routines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, including training on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
