Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale our growth efforts, someone who knows what it takes to take a mobile app from zero to tens (or hundreds) of thousands of installs. You will be responsible for go-to-market (GTM) strategy, mobile app distribution, storytelling, and overall brand positioning.
This is a foundational leadership role. You’ll work closely with product, design, and executive teams to craft and execute campaigns that drive real impact, while staying true to our mission and faith-driven focus.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a full-funnel GTM strategy for our AI Bible app
- Lead user acquisition efforts focused on app installs, activation, and retention
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Own distribution strategies with a deep understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) and growth loops
- Craft and oversee compelling brand storytelling across touchpoints (social, email, in-app, etc.)
- Lead the marketing team and collaborate across departments to align messaging and product vision
- Track and report on KPIs, with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, retention, activation rate, and install velocity
- Build strategic partnerships within faith and tech communities
- Represent the voice of the user and the mission in all external communication
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile app marketing and distribution, preferably in a fast-growth startup or tech environment
- Deep understanding of app install metrics, growth experiments, and performance channels
- Strong track record in GTM strategy and execution, especially in early-stage launches
- Excellent storytelling and brand communication skills
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with high autonomy
- Alignment with our mission and values, a genuine interest in spiritual or religious products is a major plus
- An MBA is a strong advantage, especially with a focus in marketing, strategy, or growth
Nice to Have
- Experience working on mission-driven or faith-based products
- Familiarity with AI or personalization technologies
- Background in community-led growth or influencer marketing
- Experience marketing products in emerging markets
