2Baba Apologises To Natasha After Saying ‘Men Not Built For One Woman S3xually’

Nigerian singer 2Baba has issued an apology following backlash from his recent comments about male s3xual exclusivity.

Gatekeepers News reports that during an episode of the 234 Mzansi podcast hosted by Nedu Wazobia, he discussed his separation from his wife Annie Macaulay after over a decade of marriage.

The 49-year-old artist highlighted that both he and Annie, 40, made significant efforts to salvage their relationship but ultimately chose to go their separate ways.

2Baba noted that while a man can have love and respect for a woman, maintaining s3xual fidelity can be difficult due to “natural biology.” These statements elicited strong criticism across various social media platforms.

In response to the uproar, 2Baba shared an apology video on Instagram, acknowledging that his remarks were “poorly expressed.” He also extended his apologies to his partner Natasha Osawaru and his children, emphasising that they should not have been involved in the controversy.

“She’s amazing. She’s wonderful. She’s smart… I’m so sorry,” he said, referring to Natasha.

“And also to my kids… they’re beautiful young people. I don’t deserve this kind of thing that I have to deal with.

“This is not me… I’m terribly sorry for allowing myself to get to that place. I own up to my mistakes.”
