Storekeeper

Job Specifications:

• Required Qualifications: OND – BA/BSC/HND
• Location: Lagos| Nigeria

Job Description:

• We are looking for a responsible Store Keeper to manage our inventory and operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of OND / HND / BSc
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role in cosmetics or other industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proximity to Iyana Oba is required
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
