U.S Announces Lifetime Ban For Visa Applicants With Fake Documents

United States government has announced that individuals who engage in visa fraud, including the use of fake documents, will be permanently barred from entering the country.

Gatekeepers Newreports that the decision is part of a broader effort to strengthen immigration enforcement and protect the integrity of the US visa system.

According to the US Mission Nigeria, “U.S. government interagency efforts combat fraud and will end illegal immigration. Those who commit visa fraud will be banned from the United States for life.” The announcement warns that applicants who submit fake bank statements, fraudulent invitations, or doctored academic records risk being permanently barred from entering the US.

The US government also vowed to bring criminal charges against individuals involved in visa fraud, as well as those who harbor or bring in undocumented immigrants. “A nation without borders is not a nation,” the statement emphasized, highlighting the importance of border security and lawful immigration.
