Federal High Court in Lagos has dismissed the 13-count fraud case against Oba Otudeko, former chairman of First Bank of Nigeria (FBN).
Gatekeepers News reports that Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke struck out the case on Wednesday following Rotimi Oyedepo, EFCC counsel, ‘s withdrawal of the suit.
Gatekeepers News reports that earlier in January, EFCC had filed charges against Otudeko and three others, accusing them of involvement in a N30 billion loan fraud.
