HR Assistant

Required Qualifications: OND – BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos| Nigeria.

Description:

To manage employee records, and HR resources effectively, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth HR operations.

THE JOB

Maintain accurate and compliant employee records – physical & digital
Monitor and validate Process the requisition and distribution of monthly free issues, soaps & detergent for uniform employees.
ID cards management.
Oversee requisition processes to support departmental operations– stationery, fuel, work tools, furniture & fittings.
Manage allocation and distribution of departmental resources.
Drive operational excellence within HR service delivery.

THE PERSON MUST

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Good knowledge of office applications.
Possess strong organizational ability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

OND in Humanities or any relevant social sciences.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two years’ experience.
