Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has once again postponed the rollout of its revised service fees, setting a new implementation date of October 1, 2025.
Gatekeepers News reports that initially, the CAC had scheduled the fee adjustment for August 1. This was later shifted to September 1 following another announcement on July 22, before the latest extension to October 1.
In a statement released on Saturday, the commission explained that the decision was taken to allow for the complete stabilisation of its upgraded company registration portal before mid-September.
The statement reads, “Consequently, and in order to deliver optimum value to its various stakeholders, the Commission has further deferred the implementation of the revised fees for its services. The new fees will now come into effect on 1st October, 2025.”
“This decision reflects the Commission’s strong determination to ensure that the transition into the new regime of services is seamless, efficient, and beneficial to all.”
“The Commission sincerely appreciates the patience, understanding and cooperation of our customers and other stakeholders during this critical phase of transformation.”
The management reaffirmed its commitment to building a more intelligent and customer-focused registry that aligns with international standards.
