Siminalayi Fubara, has arrived Rivers state, to resume his duty after the emergency rule was lifted.
Gatekeepers News reports that Fubara touched down at Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa, at approximately 11:55 a.m. on Friday where a crowd of supporters gathered to receive him warmly.
