Tinubu Approves Construction Of 600-Capacity Hostels For Abuja Law School

President Bola Tinubu has directed the immediate construction of two new hostels at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, to boost student accommodation.

Gatekeepers Newreports that according to a statement issued on Tuesday by Lere Olayinka, senior special assistant on public communications and social media to Nyesom Wike, minister of the federal capital territory (FCT), the president approved the development of a 300-capacity female hostel and a 300-capacity male hostel.

“The projects will be executed under emergency consideration,” Olayinka said.

In addition to the hostels, Tinubu also ordered the construction of the road linking the Body of Benchers secretariat in Jabi district to Nile University. The project, Olayinka noted, is expected to “ease traffic congestion on the road leading to the head office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).”
