Electrical Technician
Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos| Nigeria.
Description:
- Attend to process trouble shooting in production lines.
- Provide technical support to other engineers and teams.
- Conduct system upgrade and develop electrical control systems for various machinery.
- Resolve identified issues related to equipment, issues as conveyors, fillers, shrink packer, boiler, labeling machines e.t.c.
- Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production.
- Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance
- Develop electrical panels for various projects.
- Provide guidance to new team members, on equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied to, during repairs and maintenance.
- Perform testing, trouble shooting electrical control system to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc or HND qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Proven 3 years work experience inan FMCG (Preferably in bottling Company)
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Sound understanding of safety regulation, procedures and policieswith a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mechanical Technician
Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos| Nigeria.
Description:
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in 3 n 1 (Rinser, Filling and Cap) machines
- Ensure zero production downtime
- Trouble shooting and repair faults in packaging equipment.
- Prepare reports on maintenace activities carried out.
- Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production.
- Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance
- Provide guidance to new team members, on equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied to, during repairs and maintenance.
- Assist equipment maintenance and repair budget and cost.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSc Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven 3 years work experience in similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Sound understanding of safety regulation, procedures and policieswith a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
