Customer Relationship Officer

As part of its growth strategy, they seek to engage a professional and personable Customer Relationship Officer to manage client communications, handle inquiries, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Job Overview
The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring prompt communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role also involves supporting administrative operations and promoting the company’s real estate and construction services.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to clients and visitors courteously and professionally.
Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Support marketing and promotional activities for company services.
Assist with documentation and general administrative duties.
Represent the company in a professional and polished manner at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
Must be computer literate (MS Office, email communication, data entry).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Must be neat, well-presented, and professional.
Residency within Ajah or surrounding areas is preferred.
