*Job Overview:*
The account payable and receivable manager will be responsible for managing all financial activities related to the organization. You’ll play a pivotal role by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, bills, in compliance with financial regulations. You’ll also oversee cash flow management, monitor credit risks, reconciles account and safeguard the integrity of financial records.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Review and approve payment batches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• oversee processing of vendor invoices payments and expense reimbursement
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Manage daily cash flow to optimize liquidity and support business operations
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to validate transport costs, supplier invoices and client billing accuracy.
*Qualifications*
• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understand of accounting principles
• proficiency in cash flow management, account reconciliation and credit control
• Strong documentation and record keeping discipline.
