“Having One Wife Is Like Standing On One Leg”— Ned Nwoko

Ned Nwoko, senator representing Delta North has revealed that he embraces polygamy because it offers him greater balance than having only one wife.

Gatekeepers News reports that speaking during an interview with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels Television, Nwoko said he pities men who are in monogamous marriages, likening it to “standing on one leg.”

He said, “I have done so many impossible things. Tell me what it is. The example I gave is this: just imagine telling you to stand on one leg, you know how difficult it is. But to stand on two, three, or four is much more balanced. That is just the example I gave.”

“I feel sorry for those who have one wife. Because it is difficult to stand on one leg. I do not have any regret, I will do the same thing again. This is the way it is. That is the way it should be. You should marry who you want to marry.”

The senator further dismissed allegations that he is a violent person, saying, “I am not a violent person. I respect my wives. I love them. I love my kids. No, not at all.”

Recall that a recent viral video showed his wife, Regina Daniels accusing him of domestic violence, which he denied. He also alleged that the actress was battling drug and alcohol issues.

The lawmaker emphasised that everyone should have the freedom to marry whoever they choose.
