Premier League title race heated up over the weekend as Arsenal secured an easy 2-0 win over Burnley, while Manchester United were held to a 2-2 draw by Nottingham Forest.

Gatekeepers News reports that at Turf Moor, Arsenal extended their winning run to five league matches, thanks to first-half headers by Viktor Gyökeres and Declan Rice.

Gyökeres opened the scoring from a corner in the 14th minute, continuing Arsenal’s set-piece mastery, before Rice doubled the lead in the 35th minute with another headed finish. Their victory gives them a seven-point lead at the summit.

Meanwhile, at The City Ground, Manchester United seemed set to claim three points when Casemiro scored in the 34th minute. However, Forest hit back through Morgan Gibbs‑White and Nicolo Savona inside the opening minutes of the second half.

United rescued a point when Amad Diallo volleyed in an equaliser in the 81st minute. The result halted United’s momentum and left Forest still dangerously close to the relegation zone.
