Store Officer
Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Ogun | Nigeria.
Description:
- The Store Officer will be responsible for receiving, recording, issuing, and monitoring all materials, consumables, and finished goods in line with cGMP and inventory control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables into the store with proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems and update stock cards daily.
- Conduct routine stock counts and support monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper material labeling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- Assist in ensuring good housekeeping and compliance with safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
- Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP/ERP) is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
