Customer Care Representative

- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Remote | Nigeria
Description:
- We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Care Representative.
- As a key member of our team, you’ll be providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues, and answering queries via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Provide product information and updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English language
- Previous customer care experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 per month
