A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the remand of former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami, at Kuje Correctional Centre pending the hearing and determination of his bail application.
Gatekeepers News reports that Justice Emeka Nwite also ruled that Malami’s son, Abdulaziz, and an associate, Bashir Asabe, be kept in custody until their respective bail applications are decided.
