What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across corporate and retail segments

Key Focus Areas

This role is ideal for a seasoned banking professional with strong regulatory insight, leadership maturity, and deep expertise in credit, liquidity, and enterprise risk management.

 Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop, implement, and sustain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework
  •  Define and operationalize the Board-approved Risk Appetite Statement
  •  Oversee credit policy, underwriting standards, and portfolio concentration limits
  •  Monitor credit exposures, delinquency trends, and portfolio performance
  •  Support ALCO through liquidity risk management, stress testing, and scenario analysis
  •  Serve as primary liaison for CBN risk examinations and regulatory compliance
  •  Advise Executive Management and the Board on risk implications of strategic decisions

Qualifications and Requirements:

This role is ideal for a digital banking professional who understands e-channels as profit centers and can balance strategy, execution, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Drive profitability of the bank’s e-business by achieving budget and revenue targets
  •  Manage and oversee e-business projects within budget and agreed timelines
  •  Develop operating manuals and procedures for e-products and digital channels
  •  Grow the bank’s market share by increasing active users of e-banking solutions
  •  Manage all self-service channels (websites, apps, software platforms) as distinct business units
