Siminalayi Fubara, Governor of Rivers State, has dissolved the state executive council.
Gatekeepers News reports that the development was disclosed in a statement released on Thursday night by his chief press secretary, Onwuka Nzeshi.
According to the statement, all commissioners and special advisers have been directed to hand over their responsibilities to the permanent secretaries or the most senior officers in their respective ministries.
