Chelsea will face defending champions Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League round of 16, as Europe’s elite clubs prepare for the knockout phase.
Gatekeepers News reports that Manchester City have been drawn against Spanish giants Real Madrid, while Arsenal will take on Bayer Leverkusen. Newcastle United are set to face Barcelona, Liverpool will meet Galatasaray, and Tottenham Hotspur have been paired with Atletico Madrid.
Despite six Premier League clubs reaching the last-16 stage, there will be no all-English ties.
The first-leg matches are scheduled for March 10 and 11, with the return legs to be played on March 17 and 18. Newcastle will host Barcelona in their opening fixture, while the other English sides will play their first legs away from home.
The Champions League final will be held at the Puskas Arena in Budapest, Hungary, on May 30.
