JUST IN: Tinubu Approves 65 Ambassadorial Postings

President Bola Ahned Tinubu has approved the deployment of 65 ambassadors earlier confirmed by the Senate in December 2025, assigning them to various diplomatic missions across the world.

Gatekeepers News reports that among those on the list, Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide and commentator, has been posted to Mexico, while former aviation minister Femi Fani-Kayode will serve as Nigeria’s ambassador to Germany.

The list of diplomatic postings was made public on Friday by Olusegun Dada, the president’s special assistant on social media.

The appointments follow the confirmation of the nominees by the Senate late last year after a screening exercise conducted by the upper chamber of the National Assembly.

With the new postings, the ambassadors are expected to take charge of Nigeria’s foreign missions in their respective host countries, where they will represent the nation’s interests and strengthen diplomatic and economic relations.

This is a developing story…
