Chelsea Advance Into FA Cup Semi-Final After Crushing Port Vale 7-0

Chelsea FC delivered a dominant performance to secure a place in the FA Cup semi-finals after thrashing Port Vale FC 7-0 in their quarter-final clash at Stamford Bridge.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Blues took control of the game almost immediately, with Jorrel Hato opening the scoring inside the opening minutes to set the tone for a one-sided encounter.

Joao Pedro doubled the lead, while a third goal, credited as an own goal, put Chelsea firmly in command before halftime. 

Chelsea continued their dominance after the break, adding four more goals through Tosin Adarabioyo, Andrey Santos, Estevao, and a late penalty converted by Alejandro Garnacho to complete the rout. 

The comprehensive victory marked one of Chelsea’s biggest FA Cup wins in recent years and ensured their progression to the last four of the competition, keeping their hopes of silverware alive. 

Despite their impressive run to the quarter-finals—including notable wins against higher-division opponents—Port Vale struggled throughout the match and failed to register a meaningful attacking threat. 

Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior praised his side’s response following a difficult run of form, as the emphatic win provided a timely boost ahead of tougher fixtures and renewed belief within the squad.
