Visa Procurement Executive
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- Profile prospective visa applicants, and render advisory services as it relates to visa processing booking of appointments, checklist, and key understanding of Immigration Rules
- Assist customers in completing fill-in forms and documentation for visa procurement and submission at the Embassies.
KEY DUTIES
- Complete visa documentation
- Book Appointment for visas
- Attend to direct customer inquiries
- Attend to Affiliates/ Sub Agents request
- Process all types of visas including Transit Visa
- Generate Report
- Provide Consultation and visa advisory service
- Generate Leads and New Markets for Visa
Qualifications and Requirements:
- First Degree with four years of experience in visa processing
KNOWLEDGE (include technical knowledge):
- Knowledge of Timatic and Travel Geography
- Documentation and Profiling Skills
- Customer service
- Multitask and Meet Deadlines
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HND/BSC
