Job Description:
- The Product Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- The Product Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, drive product innovation, and maximize the success of our products in the market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s vision, goals, and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to define product requirements and priorities.
- Lead the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate new product opportunities and investment decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product strategy and innovation.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive alignment and consensus across the organization on product strategy and execution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MS or BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant fields.
- At least 1-year experience of working with a Product Manager or an Associate Product Manager.
- Experience working in product marketing, strategy consulting, or related roles.
- Experience with managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience in developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management.
- Excellent understanding of software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and high responsibility
- Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and market expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
