Nigeria’s first lady, Remi Tinubu has encouraged women to embrace farming.
Gatekeepers News reports that the first lady shared pictures of herself farming in her garden, encouraging women to participate in the ‘EveryHomeAGarden’ competition.
“EveryHomeAGarden competition by the Renewed Hope Initiative, RHI is not just a competition,” she wrote.
“It aims to inculcate the habit of farming and food production into society right from the family unit and promote eating healthy foods.
