Zenith Bank has announced the successful conclusion of its system upgrade.
Gatekeepers News reports that Zenith Bank had on September 29, informed its customers that its system would be upgraded to a new version on October 1.
Zenith Bank in a message on Tuesday, expressed gratitude to its customers for their patience during the upgrade process and promised to improve its services moving forward.
It said, “Dear valued customer, thank you for your patience. We have successfully concluded the system upgrade, and you will experience improved services going forward.”
Before this, Zenith Bank had made a similar announcement on October 14, notifying its customers that it had upgraded the bank’s core information technology (IT) infrastructure after embarking on the system upgrade on October 1, with assurance that the downtime would last from 12:01 am and 2:30 pm.
It said, “We have upgraded our core IT infrastructure to ensure you enjoy memorable banking experiences going forward.”
“Perform your transactions quickly, safely and conveniently 24/7 with our digital banking channel(s) of your choice.”
