Vitafoam Nigeria PLC is recruiting to fill the following positions:

Customer Service Executive

Job Specifications:

Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos| Nigeria.

Job Description:

Promote and sell the company’s products to customers.
Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
Process customer orders, payments, and follow up on deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management tools.
Prior experience in retail or product sales is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
