Dear Dad, Rt.Rev. DR. Matthew A. Okpebholo
Happy 75th Birthday. Your lifelong devotion to ministry, education, and community upliftment has shaped countless lives including my own. I remember your early-morning devotions and how your thoughtful counsel taught me integrity and compassion. Through your scholarship program, you opened doors for hundreds of students, and your quiet support whether funding the law library at Edo State University or covering school fees eased financial burdens across Edo State. Equally impactful is your passion for youth vocational training, which has empowered aspiring artisans and strengthened our community’s economy.
You have shown me that true leadership comes from selfless service rather than titles. On behalf of everyone at the Board of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and most of all as your daughter, I thank you for inspiring us to pursue excellence and uplift others. May God bless you with continued health, wisdom, and joy as you extend this remarkable legacy of service.
With all my love and gratitude,
Barr. (Mrs) Onomen Briggs
Executive Chairman
Edo State Board of Technical and Vocational Education and Training
