LBS was founded on inspiration from the teachings of St Josemaria Escrivá, the founder of Opus Dei. LBS offers academic programmes, executive programmes, and short courses (customized to specific company needs, as well as open-enrolment courses) in management.

Job Description:
The YTP is a two-day career development programme that will expose you to world-class insights on productivity, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Led by LBS faculty and industry experts, this programme is designed to prepare you for a successful career and even a doctoral degree.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for the Lagos Business School Graduate Programme 2025, you must meet the requirements below:
- Applicant must have graduated with a First or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
- Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application
- Applicant may be currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s degree (optional)
- Note: Previous participants of the YTP are not eligible to apply
