Finance Officers
Job Specifications:

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos| Nigeria.

Job Description:

We are hiring entry-level Finance Officers to join our dynamic Finance team at Promasidor for the folllowing roles:

Officer – Bank Reconciliations and Charges
Officer – Accounts Payables
Officer – Accounts Receivables

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Reconciling bank statements with general ledger transactions
Processing vendor invoices, payments, and resolving discrepancies
Managing customer accounts and monitoring incoming payments
Ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls
Supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1 – 2 years relevant work experience
Professional membership in view (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is preferable

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Reconciliation and financial reporting
Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
Understanding of financial regulations and controls

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Good communication and interpersonal skills
