Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of performance Management Reports including all the relevant metrics.
• Preparation of POP Performance and analysis Report.
• Analysis of variance of various reporting metrics as well as variances from cost & revenue
• budget, investigate root causes, and prepare management reports for SMC
Requirements:
• BSc. In accounting
• experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
Preferred:
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, ACA or similar) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in telecommunications/financial services/technology].
