Business Development Executive (HMO)

Our client, a reputable player in the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) space, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support market expansion and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and close new business opportunities across corporate and retail segments
- Promote and sell health insurance plans to individuals, SMEs, and large organizations
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive retention and renewals
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and customized health plan offerings
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- 3–4 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (HMO/Healthcare experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of the Nigerian health insurance/HMO landscape
- Self-driven, target-focused, and a strong team player
Export Sales Officer (Shipping & Logistics)

Description:
We’re looking for a commercially driven Export Sales Officer to support export volume growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive adoption of digital sales solutions within a leading shipping and logistics environment.
Key Focus Areas
Driving export sales growth through structured client meetings and pipeline development
Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into revenue
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Promoting digital solutions such as MyMSC, eBL, and Instant Quote
Retaining and growing existing accounts through proactive engagement and cross-selling
Supporting pricing discussions with accurate market and trade data
Collaborating with Trade Managers, Vessel Planners, Customer Service, and Documentation teams
Ensuring compliance with export processes and maritime regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Shipping, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within a shipping agency
Strong understanding of export processes and maritime operations
Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital platforms, and MS Office
Salary
₦500,000 – ₦750,000/month.
