Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the appointment of Christopher U. Udobor Iyase as Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth Mobilization.
Gatekeepers News reports that this was announced in a statement released on Friday by Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq, Secretary to the State Government.
According to the statement, Iyase takes over from the immediate past Special Adviser on Youth Mobilization, Aigbogun Collins, who has been relieved of his appointment.
Christopher U. Udobor Iyase is a dedicated youth mobilizer with a strong passion for the well-being and welfare of youths across Edo State. He holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin.
The statement added that Iyase’s appointment takes effect from 16th January, 2026.
