THE JOB
- Manage Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure highest qualify candidates are sourced and retained.
- Work closely with HOD to ensure growth and business performance, via effective implementation of HR strategy.
- Manage Training and Development intervention programmes to close competency gaps.
- Manage, supervise and implement the performance appraisal system for the company to ensure effective performance management system.
- Drive effective communication to ensure ownership and buy-in of all change initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to HR Policies and Procedures and carry out periodic reviews.
- Manage industrial and employee relations issues.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Have proven ability to design, implement, and manage performance management systems that drive accountability and business results.
- Have the capacity to develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with labour laws and organizational objectives.
- Have strong analytical capability to interpret HR data and generate insights for management decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc. In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
