Man City Drop Points In Draw With West Ham

Manchester City dropped points in their Premier League title race after being held to a 1–1 draw at West Ham United at the London Stadium.

Gatekeepers News reports that City took the lead in the 31st minute through Bernardo Silva, who chipped the ball over the West Ham goalkeeper. However, the hosts responded quickly four minutes later when Konstantinos Mavropanos headed in from a corner to level the score.

Despite dominating possession and creating multiple chances, Manchester City could not find a winner, leaving them nine points behind league leaders Arsenal, who won their match over the weekend.

The draw was a boost for West Ham, lifting them out of the relegation zone and giving them hope in the fight to stay in the Premier League.

City manager Pep Guardiola, who watched from the stands due to suspension, acknowledged the setback but insisted the title race is still open.
