MTN Yellopreneur Grant Details:
MTN Yellopreneur Grant is empowering young women through capacity building and access to capital through loans, grants, and advisory support services for long term business sustainability.
Launched by the MTN Nigeria Foundation in 2022, the MTN Yellopreneur Grant trained 4,711 Female Entrepreneurs in the fundamentals of business Management & Development.
This training empowered them to vie for the opportunity to receive up to N5 Million as equipment loan/grants to grow their businesses.
Equipment loans of over N94 Million were disbursed to 50 female entrepreneurs. Upon full repayment of the loan, our Y’ellopreneurs will receive 25% of the loan value as grants.

- Be interested and passionate about entrepreneurship
- Be a Nigerian young woman
- Be ready to partake in the training and complete it
Benefits of MTN Yellopreneur Grant 2026
- The MTN Yellopreneur Grant will train young 1000 female entrepreneurs in several profitable fields
- The trained women are then provided with startup materials and capital worth up to ₦5m
- A follow-up business plan and advices are further given to these women for sustainability of their businesses
- The repayment plan of the loan is very flexible and 25% of this fund is given back to the enterprenuers

Stage 1: Entrepreneurial skills training for 1000 female entrepreneurs
Stage 2: Development and Presentation of Bankable Business plan
Stage 3: Equipment loan support of up to 3 million naira each for 250 female entrepreneurs

Stage 5: Seamless loan repayment processes to ensure project sustainability.
