UK Court Sets September 15 Hearing For Poco Lee Over Alleged S*xual Assault

Nigerian dancer and hypeman, Iweh Pascal Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, is scheduled to appear before the Snaresbrook Crown Court in London on September 15, 2026, over allegations of s*xual offences.

Gatekeepers News reports that the court has listed the matter for plea and trial preparation. According to court information, Poco Lee faces charges of attempted r*pe, two counts of r*pe and two counts of assault by penetration.

The 15 September hearing is expected to provide an opportunity for the defendant to enter a plea to the allegations.

Poco Lee is reportedly being held on remand in a UK prison. Benjamin Kuti, founder of the Community of Nigerians in the United Kingdom, confirmed that the entertainer is expected to appear in court at 10am on the scheduled date.

Kuti said he plans to attend the proceedings to support Poco Lee, while urging the public to allow the legal process to take its course.

Reports of Poco Lee’s alleged arrest in the UK began circulating on August 19, but details of the allegations and the identity of the alleged complainant were initially unclear.

Poco Lee has not publicly commented on the case. He remains innocent unless and until proven guilty by a court.
